Lately, I’ve been in an upbeat mood and I am so happy and grateful for this space, and the motivation to write daily. I hope this page produces a positive response, and that you’re here because you too want change.

I’ve often said to myself and anyone who is frustrated at their partners or friends who aren’t changing with them be the change, inspire your community by living your best life in the most genuine and authentic way. Whoever understands your new vibe & lifestyle will get excited and join you, whoever is turned off, will probably laugh/mock due to insecurities or will leave, making your life that much simpler. Life is good… even in the madness, there’s a blessing in the chaos.

“My choice of a lighter lifestyle has brought me a greater sense of well-being. In a world that often seems stressful and chaotic, that’s a feeling I cherish.”

Lisa J. Shultz, Lighter Living: Declutter. Organize. Simplify.

I rejoice for the days where I have the option to connect virtually with family. This options gives me the freedom to also set aside time for solitude and creative expression. I’ve been saying no to the excess, and not merely things but also activities that do no longer bring me joy. We all have our interests and we have the choice to draw close to communities that vibrate with us. For the past few months, what once worked pre pandemic, no longer suits me today. I encouraged you to explore alternatives and start editing your personal life. People change (thank goodness) and interests change.

“A simple life is not seeing how little we can get by with—that’s poverty—but how efficiently we can put first things first. . . . When you’re clear about your purpose and your priorities, you can painlessly discard whatever does not support these, whether it’s clutter in your cabinets or commitments on your calendar. (148)”

“Life is as simple as these three questions: What do I want? Why do I want it? And, how will I achieve it?”

Shannon L. Alder

“Escape from complicated life! Take refuge in simple life! You will find three treasures there: Healthy body, peaceful mind and a life away from ambitious fools!”
