This Friday morning here, I’m reflecting on the affirmation by Nedra. Are you familiar with the paradigm that, I have to be a natural to be successful? I’d like to make a shift, and unlearn that paradigm. So I’ve posted an image below.

- Accepting the discomfort and being the student.
- Knowing that I don’t have to be perfect or natural, I can simply be.
- I can show up and ask questions, just as I am.
